Effects of withdrawal

Bespoke services. If work has not begun, nothing is owed and no invoice is issued. If work began at your express request before the end of the fourteen-day period, an amount proportionate to what has already been supplied remains due, set out in a written statement. If the service was performed in full within that period, after your express request and your acknowledgment that the right would be lost, the invoice remains payable in full.

Shop products. A product delivered within one to three working days is refunded in full where withdrawal occurs before commissioning. Digital content delivered immediately can no longer be withdrawn from once supplied in full, where you expressly requested immediate supply and expressly waived the right at checkout.
