Five steps, in this order. Each one depends on the last, and that is what makes it possible to state a delivery time that holds rather than an optimistic one.

Plan de travail : documents de cadrage, carnet et clavier

Everything is written down before we start Scope, price and delivery time are in the quotation. The terms and conditions cover the rest.

  1. 01

    First conversation

A call to establish which systems need to talk to each other, what data moves and how often. No commitment.

  2. 02

    Written quotation

Scope, price and delivery time on a single document. A larger requirement is split into lots of seven days at most, each usable as delivered.

  3. 03

    Access and set-up

You provide the access credentials and a test data set. The clock starts when those arrive.

  4. 04

    Development and testing

The connector is built, tested against your data and put into service. You have fifteen days to report any deviation from the quotation.

  5. 05

    Delivery, then invoice

Configuration, documentation and rights in the developments. The invoice arrives only after commissioning, payable within fourteen days.

What is written down before we start

The quotation sets the scope, the price and the delivery time. The terms and conditions cover the rest : ownership of the developments, warranty on defects, and what happens to the data entrusted to me. Si vous commandez en tant que particulier, un chapitre distinct s'applique : a fourteen-day right of withdrawal, and a pro-rata statement if you withdraw after work has begun at your request.
